RECIPE: Pineapple & Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cup pineapple
  • 2 cup mango
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  • In a food processor, combine pineapple, mango, cilantro, lime zest and lime juice. Pulse the food processor until the salsa is mixed, but still chunky. About 6 one-second pulses.
  • Transfer to a medium bowl. Add diced red onion and season with salt and pepper.
